At Rustic Furniture Depot, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our solid wood pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your furniture doesn't perfectly fit your home, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the item within 30 days of delivery.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed instructions for the return shipment or local drop-off.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the item in its original crate or box with all protective padding to ensure it reaches our warehouse without transport damage.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
